Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR role.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems.
Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Executive with 1 year of experience to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will assist in the day-to-day operations of the HR department, ensuring smooth and effective support of HR processes and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers, Prepare and send offer letters and employment contracts.
Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Employee Records: Maintain and update employee records in the Human Resource Information System and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.
Payroll and Benefits Administration:
Assist in processing payroll and ensuring accuracy in salary calculations.
Coordinate with the finance department to resolve payroll discrepancies.
Administer employee benefits programs and address employee inquiries.
Employee Relations: Provide support in resolving employee relations issues and addressing employee grievances and assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Compliance and Policy Management:
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies and assist in developing, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Training and Development: Coordinate and organize training sessions and development programs.
Track and maintain training records.
HR Metrics and Reporting: Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review and analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
